MAXST's XR metaverse development platform, MAXVERSE, is now supporting the metaverse urban area service of 7 metropolitan governments in Korea!!🤩
This is because MAXST was selected as a Metaverse City Project execution organization promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and RAPA in May.
First of all, the Metaverse City Project is a continuation of the 23rd XR Metaverse Project.
The goal is to build a web-based digital twin spatial information service platform that reflects the real world and to link spatial information and virtual economy systems to realize 28 regions of 10 metropolitan governments nationwide as metaverse cities by the end of next year.
Recognized for its technology, MAXST is now in charge of a total of 19 regions composed of the following 7 major metropolitan governments.
Gyeongsangbuk-do / Seoul / Jeollabuk-do
Busan / Ulsan / Gyeongsangnam-do
Dokdo
The detailed services provided by each consortium are Heritage Tourism Metaverse for Regional Cultural Tourism Renaissance, Mega City Marine Tourism, and Dokdo Metaverse Public Service, respectively, and it is necessary to develop realistic contents for them.
MAXST provides MAXVERSE and plans to connect these services to its deep link-based integrated application as an app-in-app.
In this project, MAXST plans to actively support even the best AR glasses in Korea with specifications of 1080 × 480 or higher monocular standard and less than 100g in total weight to maximize the user satisfaction of 5G MEC-based ultra-low latency/ultra-realistic XR service.
MAXST's ultimate goal is to build an NFT exchange to virtualize the digital IPs of metaverse, and to develop a blockchain-based open metaverse ecosystem. Then we will be able to expect to foster diverse prosumers and create new revenue models.
